Participants will learn about the basic concept of a "Flipped Classroom" and its benefits. Then, they will be introduced to specific tools and examples to help them implement that in small steps, instead of feeling the pressure to do "all or nothing". My goal is for each teacher (at any level/content area) to walk away with something concrete they can do in the first 2 weeks of the school year to integrate technology into their lessons in a new way, without being overwhelmed.
